Urban Development Department - LINCOLN funds are focused on housing for low- and moderate-income households.

The majority of CDBG and HOME funds are used for housing-related programs administered by the Housing Rehabilitation & Real Estate Division.

However, some CDBG funding, administered by CD staff, is used for projects in low- to moderate-income neighborhoods such as park improvements and neighborhood commercial area streetscapes.
