Homeowner Improvement Code Compliance Program (HICCP)The of the HICCP program is to give as many eligible homeowners the resources to make essential repairs. The First Time Homebuyer Program offers a maximum of $6,000 to eligible First Time Homebuyers. The definition of a "first time homebuyer" is defined as any household that meets the income guidelines as determined by the Federal Government and a "first time homebuyer" that has not owned a home within the past three (3) years. The same income guidelines that apply to the Home Improvement Code Compliance Program are used for the First Time Homebuyers Program. The total purchase price of the home may not exceed $136,000. The sole purpose of the property must be for owner-occupied homeownership and property must be located in Upper Darby Township. First time homebuyer program

Can i get help to pay my rent my husband passed away on nov.12th its only been 10 months n i have no income i only get food stamps i have breast temoved for cancer n i had to have hysterectomy n my back is really bad i applied for ssi but still waiting my rent is 750 a month my daughter lives with me eith 3 grandbabies 6month 2 and 5 she can not work cauae of the covid.
