I have my own mobile home- currently in adequate repair. The local section 8 list is closed. Lot rent goes up every year and so I will be forced out. Disabled and eligible for assistance does NOT guarantee that you can get it in time to prevent homelessness. What can be done?

Hi there. I apologize, if I have caught you at a bad time but I really am running out of options and faith. I am a I am a single mother, in Morrison, TN (Warren County) and I only receive unemployment, at the moment. I am homeless, have been staying with family of mine but there isn’t much room there so most nights I am either wasting money on a hotel, crashing on a couch or MOSTLY, sleeping in my car. I have researched these land grants for homesteads, etc but I always seem to get stuck and never actually get anywhere with them or any other services either, apparently.
