The Individual Services Section, through its Case Managers, provides a wide array of social work services for eligible Polk County residents. Case managers perform health care enrollment and orientation, assist with resource referrals, client education and client advocacy in a community based setting.

Currently live in Polk county with my 2 kids, residing at a friends house! My number got selected for section 8 at Brevard county but not aware of how long the wait is as I never had a voucher before. We need to leave where we are staying at by this week and have absolutely nowhere to go! Is there any assistance or programs that can help us as I fear having my out in the streets! If you can, please provide me with information to guide me in the right direction! Thankyou
