Helps those who are able to live independently in the community to locate safe and affordable housing. Offers a directory of available housing facilities, public and private. Emergency financial assistance may be available to assist with meeting rental and utility payments.

HOW SERVICE IS PROVIDED: On-site. Transportation may be provided

WHO QUALIFIES: Targets those with AIDS/HIV.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of diagnosis, Photo ID, Birth Certificate, ID's for each family member, proof of income, etc.

HOW TO ACCESS: Phone for information or an appointment

SERVICE CONTACT PERSON: Intake Worker

SUPPORTS FOR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Spanish

SITE DESCRIPTION: Provides a comprehensive and compassionate response to HIV and AIDS in the Greater Cleveland community through supportive services, educational, and advocacy.

TRAVEL INSTRUCTIONS: Located on the south side of Euclid Ave., E of E. 30th St and Euclid Ave.There is public transportation to this site.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY: ALL services accessible or available. This site has an accessible restroom.


Mission Statement: The AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland provides a compassionate and collaborative response to the needs of people infected, affected and at risk of HIV/AIDS. This is accomplished through leadership in prevention, education, supportive services and advocacy.

Need help with housing

The only assistance I need is 185 for my rent where im at, and 400 for a place I found. I am going back to work 2 jobs on Monday. I hope you can help help me don't want to loose this place and wind up homeless again.
