My landlord has been so patient and just bending over backwards for my boyfriend and I. Since covid-19 as you know everything has been downhill affect for us. We work gigs work and do mostly construction. It has been extremely hard because of the quarantine, lock-down and just money issues for everyone. I know you probably have heard my story all too many times lately but I can tell you that it would mean the world to us to get help on our rent payments, food, clothes if possible it has been pretty cold lately. We both do not have children.

Hi I am looking to find rental assistance for residents in Maricopa County. I have already received some rental assistance through Pilgrim Rest Foundation for the amount of $3,300. Although that was a blessing itself it unfortunately was no where near the total amount of rent that I am behind on. My landlord is constantly pressuring me to come up with the outstanding balance of almost $6,600 on a weekly basis and I admit that I cannot come up with that amount of money right now. It's just not possible. So now I am receiving notices for eviction and I am out of options. I haven't been able to find a community action agency that will help me because I already received some assistance at the very beginning of Covid. But I was told that I could receive more assistance I just had to wait 3 months after I received the funding.
