The Assistance Center offers limited assistance with utility (electric & water) bills, prescription medication, one way bus tickets, and limited rental assistance for those individuals that qualify for the program. In addition, the center helps connect clients to additional resources in the area.

Boca Helping Hands is a non-profit organization funded by local community that provides Hot Meals, Pantry, Financial Assistance, and Job Mentoring Programs. In addition, they have special children's programs to provide food and support to school age kids.

Financial Assistance open to Boca Raton residents of 1 year or longer

FPL and Water Bills- Must have a disconnect notice

Financial Assistance does not pay any deposits or reconnect fees

Rent- Need a 3 or 5 day notice

Mission Statement: Boca Helping Hands provides food, medical and financial assistance to meet basic human needs as well as education, job training and guidance to create self-sufficiency.

Is there any way I could get help with paying my rent? I have been out of work due to covid. I have a 5 year old daughter and I don't know what to do. I don't want to loose my apartment. Please let me know if you can help me or direct me in the right direction. Thank you so much..
