Last-Modified: 2024-01-31 14:58:44The Emergency Assistance Ministry provides limited financial and material assistance to families and individuals in times of crisis.
Material assistance can be provided for food, clothing, furniture and appliances, household items, and personal hygiene items.
Financial assistance is available for medicine, utilities, rent, and transportation.
Emergency Assistance Ministry operates by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm. To schedule an appointment, please call 251-434-1500.
Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide service to people in need, to advocate for justice in social structures, and to call the entire church and other people of good will to do the same. We don't help people because they are catholic. We help people because we are.
