I am living on a miracle budget less then 800 per month, I pay my Bill's and by the 5th of the month ,I have no monies left...my Landlord just went up from 425 to 440.
Looking for help with rent and possibly my water bill. I have been trying to get unemployment but they're so back up you can't even talk to anybody.
What are the requirements for rent assistance?
