Neighbor to Neighbor Loveland Office provides emergency financial assistance of up to $350 to prevent eligible Larimer County households from becoming homeless. Documentation Neighbor to Neighbor requires to provide assistance Includes
U.S. Government issued Photo IDProof that you owe current month's rent Current lease agreementOne month's worth of most recent paystubs, or your most recent income verification statement.     NET (take-home) income must be at least two times your monthly rent.    A documented situation that was out of your control AND resolved that has put you behind in rent. Examples: temporary loss of income, car repair, one time medical expense, etc.
Please note that a Neighbor to Neighbor Housing Counselor needs to assess your application and supporting documentation before determination of approval.
Please know that the counselor may request further documentation at time of intake.

Monday-Thursday: 9:00AM-11:30AM & 1:00PM-3:30PM

I hi I live in Weld County have a for kids who's Carly going to school and I am facing eviction I have not paid my rent in August September coming out I lost my job due to covid-19 and I don't have unemployment and I'm scared I'm going to lose my home app for children in the home and I really need help if you can please give me a call or email me
