Maximum Income Guidelines: 125% of the Federal Poverty Level or below.
Documents Needed: Proof of income, Social Security cards for everyone in the household, eviction notice or lease, and proof of a crisis.
Referral Procedures: By phone, walk-in, appointment.
Mission Statement: It is the mission of CAPCIL, in partnership with communities in our service area, to empower persons with low income and the aged by creating and implementing poverty-fighting initiatives for those in crisis and those that endeavor a life of lasting independence.
