Because most families are unable to qualify immediately for their mortgage, they are allowed to rent the property for as long as needed to clear mortgage obstacles such as credit, job stability, or down payment. In this way, they can be daily reminded of their long-term goal of home ownership. And if ownership is not for them, they are still able to live in a 'real' house.

My two kids and are i currently staying in a hotel until i am able to find an apartment. I am currently working but has been hard to afford the hotel expenses. I am needing help on finding low income apartments that work with my rental history or get any help with housing assistance. Our last day in this hotel is Saturday 1-25-2020. My apartment told me to get out in 48 hours they had to redo my bathroom I told them I have nowhere to go. They said they don't have nothing to do with it.
