Community Housing Investment offers Corporation Housing Infill Program that is designed to provide assistance to low or moderate income families in purchasing a newly constructed single family residential property.

The program allows the acquisition of a new home with less down payment. Annually, around 20 infill homes are built throughout Council Bluffs. The program is operated by the NeighborWorks Home Solutions with assistance from the Department of Community Development.

Interested applicants should apply directly to NeighborWorks Home Solutions.

So I was short on rent by a hundred dollars an eviction was was filed in court this week.they telling me I have to pay what I owe in the $450 to drop the eviction I started a new job so things are a little behind I have to have all this done by 7/28/20 but I dont get paid till a few days after that
