Th-F: 9:00am-5:00pm.







Eligibility rules:



Must be resident of East Windsor, Ellington, Enfield, Somers, Suffield, Windsor Locks;

Must have sufficient income to pay rent and living expenses







Provides housing counseling and rent deposit assistance for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.



The program also helps people leaving institutional care find housing in the community. The program targets people who are at risk of eviction, who are living in unsafe conditions, who are behind in rent, and who need help keeping their housing or getting new housing.



NOTE: Program funds are limited and can pay only a portion of rent or security deposit expenses.
