Typically, total household income must fall between 150 to 300 percent of the federal poverty level to qualify for bill payment assistance. The home weatherization program targets households with incomes at 150 to 300 percent of the poverty level.

I need help with my bill my electric bill I didn't get my senator check the pay it so I need help I paid I had enough just to pay my rent but I don't have enough to pay my utility bills 5 and payment 200 a month of accounting for no more now cuz I won't get $674 a month that's kind of hard that's why I need help. I've got asthma bronchitis COPD I need the air in the heat sometimes but my heat's not working on my car and if so right now it's hot enough to keep it off but it's not working there supposed to do weatherization on me but they never have I signed the paper for it but they said they can't come out because of the virus I have no insulation on my trailer and I need new doors keep the rain out
