An action plan will be developed through case management services in order to create linkage with other community resources to achieve self-sufficiency. Also provides rental and utility financial assistance when funds are available.

ELIGIBILITY: Homeless families with children under 18, worked in the past (3) months or disability (mental/physical) receiving funds.
