Emergency rental and utility assistance is offered to prevent homelessness. This aid is only available once per year, and all families approved will also meet with a social worker.
Mission Statement: To deliver comprehensive solutions to homelessness by providing transitional, supportive and permanent housing, homeless prevention assistance, and family support services to strengthen families and build communities.
