My only family lives in Springfield Illinois, I would like to move closer because of this pandemic. I am a senior citizen and disabled, can I get rental assistance to help with the apartment rent or security or both.
Need help to pay rent because my roommate was off work because she was quarantined for covid. She works at a daycare.
