We provide the tools, information and supportive environment necessary for life-long recovery from substance abuse. JHR provides services to indigent, homeless men in Baltimore City who have a history of chronic substance abuse.
The program is open to men of all races, religions, and sexual orientation. JHR offers a continuum of programs that provide homeless clients with opportunities to rebuild their lives.

I'm visiting a month I just rent it it's not worth it the landlord it's a rip-off there's no kitchen do you cook my phone this one bathroom so like 15 people live in the house the back door don't you have a secure lock I have to move before I die.
