I am single and deaf and I am on Social Security Disability Income. Is there anyway I can get application for rent assistance, energy assistance and moving expenses so I can start looking for apartment in Laughlin, NV. I live in Plattsmouth, NE.
I need help for my utility bills as well as a mortgage too and i dont have any jobs at the moment and no unemployment in 3 weeks.
