Eligibility is determined by the familys gross annual income and is different in each county. NRHA has a list of available units available online at nvrural.org and at our offices in Carson City. Security Deposit Assistance ProgramNRHAs Security Deposit Assistance Program provides funds for security deposits on rental properties for eligible citizens. This assistance is in the form of a no-interest loan that the tenant must begin repayment on within 60 days of it being issued. All assistance is distributed directly to the landlord. Upon issuance, the landlord and tenant must agree on the time frame and terms of the repayment. In order to be eligible, an applicant must compete an application (available at nvrural.org and at our office), reside in Nevada within NRHAs area of jurisdiction, and fall within the listed income limits. Need help with past rent. Need help finding new housing within my budget. Have until middle of Nov. To find new housing thank you.
With natural housing authority help with housing do I need all of my kids social security cards or do I just need one or the other with birth certificates or social security cards
