Volunteers of America works to prevent and end homelessness for individuals, veterans and families. As one of the largest recipients of federal homeless assistance grants, Volunteers of America reaches out to homeless individuals through street outreach and mobile outreach services.
Once they engage a homeless family or individual, they stay with them for as long as it takes to return them to self-sufficiency - providing assistance that ranges from paying a first month's rent to offering permanent supportive housing so that people with disabilities can become stable and productive members of their communities.

Can you help me with my rent ,electricity , medical, bills
Hello, My son Reggie is 20 yrs old, he has a mental health illnes. He gets a monthly stipend from Social Security each month and he just started working at Amazon. He is currently homeless, due to his condition he cannot live with us, he was living in his car and that recently got totalled and now he is living on the streets, because he tried the shelter, but he was asked to leave the first time because he stayed there too long, then the second time around he missed curfew and was asked to leave. Can you please help him find an income based apartment or at least some immediate transitional housing until one is available?
I care for 70 yr old mom on oxygen and. SSID and a 15 yr old daughter we have been subletting 2 rooms since last Nov for $700 nth plus utilities and now guy is moving we have no transportation and no where to go can you get us in low income housing or something ASAP
