My landlord refused to accept it or didn't receive it. Was evicted on September 1, 2020.
I have a eviction notice n I have custody of my granddaughter she is a special needs child and we have no place 2 go, have back rent n the landlord said if I didn't have all the money she was filling n eviction notice. I tried 2 pay her 4 this month but she wouldn't take it unless I pay back rent. I'm not able 2 pay 2; $157.00 plus the rent.
