Just received a letter from an attorney about foreclosure. I went to Amscot on Feb 6 and paid about $4k through western union just like Mortgage company told me too, so I send to my mortgage company and paid extra to send it urgent and today Feb 13th 2020 I call mortgage company and they tell me the payment never came through. I called amscot from where I send the payment through western union and come to find out the lady at amscot put 5 zeros in front of my mortgage account and because of amscot mistake I’m now facing foreclosure. I’m needing help and amscot should be the ones paying for their mistake. I now have to go tomorrow and get my $4k back. So with that $4k and plus my Jan payment that I’ll have tomorrow I will have 4 payments in my hand. I was told to pay the $3,960 and then in Feb I can pay for Jan n Feb and in March I’ll be caught up. But amscot messed me up and now I’m scare of loosing my home. I contacted the attorney who the lender told me to on feb 13 and the lady told me to get all the months I’m behind and I will also have attorney fees. I’m in need of guidance and I want to keep my home. Please help Luis
My father German Diaz, who is a member in your center (council for aging) in Kissimmee. I his son have renting a room as of November 2019. But I also pay rent for my N.Y. apartment which I shared with him and his daughter. He is no longer working because of the virus.So most of my disability check is going out for his rent and food. But here in Florida my dad's mortgage went up. So as I mentioned earlier I was renting a room from him to help him with his mortgage. But now I am behind since 12/2019 and if I can't paid rent he has no choice but to rent out my room. So can you help me to pay these past due rent?thank you.

i need help to pay my water and electric bill plus cable bill i recieve social security disability check is 1176.00 per monthly but my rental 1088 monthly the may bill are to high my water bill is $117,37 ,electric bill is $122,05 plus my cable bill is 106.29 . plus my husband is unemployed because coronavirus he work at hyatt regional of orlando in orlando fl he is not getting no unemployment benefit he is having problem at he cannot help me with the bills and rent i need help.
