How to apply:
Pick up a pre-application, located at 615 N Farmerville St., Ruston, LA 71270, from 8:00 am until 3:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
Submit a pre-application in person at the address listed above, from 8:30 am until 11:00 am; and 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Information:
Once the pre application has been completed, it can be dropped off to the address listed above, from 8:30 am until 11:00 am; and 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
The HAR does have a preference for: Employed, elderly, or disabled.
