Eligibility:
Brownsville, La Paloma, part of Los Fresnos and Port Isabel area residents,Individuals who already been evicted and reside at different address, who already had assistance with their utility bill in less than 12 months or have not paid rent in the past two months will not qualify for the assistance, call for more information.No double service if seeking utility assistance.
Fees: Fees apply only
Client is responsible for whatever late additional fees apply to your rental assistance. Client will be responsible for paying first whatever is not covered by the grant before we accept and begin with your application. Intake Procedure: Call for information, Walk-ins accepted.
Also assists with rent assistance through HUD\'s Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program.
