Short-term rental assistance 1-3 monthsMedium-term assistance 4-18 monthsRental depositsRental arrears including late feesUtility depositsUtility assistanceCase managementCredit counseling for someone in imminent risk of being homeless. Must be in imminent risk of being homeless, must be at or below 50% of Area Medium Income varies for each county, must have had a significant loss of income within the last 6 months that was unforeseen, unavoidable and no fault of their own, must engage in case management with the Financial Assistance program as well as attend financial education or credit counseling.
Eligible households must live in zip code served by office, must be within 150% of federal poverty level, and must have had a financial crisis within the last 90 days defined as a loss of income that was unforeseen, unavoidable and a situation in which pre-planning was not possible
Applicants must return required documentation by mail or in person prior to formal intake

What documents do i need for rental assistance? What zip codes are covered. I have to pay One month behind and the coming month of June
I have lost my job due to the pandemic and I need help to pay my rent if I get an eviction it will be my second one and it would be very hard for me to get another apartment and I would be struggling having to live in a hotel for years to come I have a 10 yr old son and I am struggling to just keep food on the table I am a single mother looking for help please if there is anything you can do to help I am in need please if there are any other resources I can use for help please let me know information.
