They only accept calls on Mondays from 8 to 8:30 am, and do not help or assist you in any way, they keep on telling you to call Monday so you have to be calling since 8 and it might be a chance you don't even get your call answer between those 30 minutes, and you have to wait until the next week on Monday hopefully you get your call answer and if not wait again while week
