Benton Franklin Community Action Committee offers limited assistance for eviction prevention to those that qualify when funds are available. In order to apply for assistance applicants will need to attend one of their orientation/intake days, which are held on Mondays at 2:00 PM or Thursdays at 9:00 AM.
Seating begins one hour prior to the session. Sessions are offered on a first come first serve basis , once the session begins the orientation will be closed . Applicants will need to bringAll income for all adults in the household for the last 3 months Social Security Cards for all members of the household Birth certificates for all members in the household under the age of 18 Documentation of legal status if applicable
Documentation of Homelessness: Eviction Notice, Letter from a Local Service Provider, Notarized Eviction Form from Family or Friends requesting you to leave Discharge from Institution or JailIf you have any questions please contact them directly.
